      As Attorneys in Chatsworth the SPEAR LAW FIRM practices primarily Personal Injury Law along with the prosecution of other Plaintiff's cases.  As aggressive Los Angeles litigation and trial attorneys, we have taken hundreds of cases to court and completing dozens of jury trials.  If an insurance company, corporation or public entity will not offer good money for your injuries and losses we will file a lawsuit and ask a jury to award an amount that properly compensates you for those losses.  It's a process that works.

      Although we respect the client's choice whether to settle or file a lawsuit, more often than not we litigate our cases because more often than not that is necessary to obtain an acceptable result.  Corporations, insurance companies and public entities are all equally unwilling to adequately compensate those they injure for what has been taken from them.

      This attitude prevails throughout our practice and into all areas of law, whether representing criminal defendants, parties to personal or contractual disputes, and other areas.
